Ben Mount, known to many drum and bass fans as Ben Verse from his time as Pendulum’s MC, is a significant figure in the scene. His distinctive lyrics and stage presence left a real impact.

Recently, Ben has been facing serious health challenges, battling a tough antibiotic-resistant lung infection and subsequently being diagnosed with leukemia. To help with the costs of treatment and recovery, his brother Jeremy Mount has started a GoFundMe campaign called “Ben’s Road to Recovery.”

The drum and bass community is really stepping up to support Ben during this difficult period. Fans and fellow artists are sharing their well wishes and contributing to the fundraiser to ease the financial strain on Ben and his family.
