Serato DJ 1.9.10 support for macOS High Sierra & Denon DJ Prime Series

The Serato DJ 1.9.10 update includes support for macOS High Sierra as well as a great range of new hardware, including the Denon DJ X1800 Prime and SC5000 Prime, and the Mixars QUATTRO. This is a huge update just days after Denon Dj announced their latest firmware for the SC5000 now reads Rekordbox USBs.

Serato DJ 1.9.10

macOS High Sierra Support

Serato DJ 1.9.10 is now fully supported for use with macOS High Sierra.

Denon DJ SC5000 Prime

Official Serato Accessory support for the Denon DJ SC5000 Prime Media Player. The SC5000 Prime comes with a 7 inch LED touch screen offering control over the Serato DJ Library, jog wheel displays and eight RGB performance pads for full Serato DJ control. Learn More

Denon DJ X1800 Prime

Serato DJ Club Kit support for the Denon DJ X1800 Prime, a four channel club mixer featuring four phono inputs, dual USB ports for easy DJ change over, adjustable EQs and built in hardware effects. Learn More

Mixars QUATTRO

The Mixars QUATTRO is a Serato DJ and DVS Enabled four channel club mixer, and the first to feature two sets of performance pads. These can trigger cues and samples, or be used as transport controls in Serato DJ. Learn More

The 3-day course by OTR is the perfect way to start DJ'ing from scratch. I've always loved music, but had never even touched a pair of decks. After the course though, I have the ability & tools to already create my own mixes with practice. Not only are Jay and Terry so knowledgeable about their craft, and flexible with scheduling, but they are also great fun to spend time with. My advice to anyone wishing to learn - don't waste time looking anywhere else!

I took part in the 8 week DJ course with Jay and Terry. I'm a complete beginner and probably a little older than the average starter to be honest. I picked up far more than I expected to. Both the guys are very experienced and incredibly helpful when it comes to imparting knowledge and even tailoring parts of the course to the requirements of each individual. They touched on much of the core fundamentals and delved into plenty of advanced fields as well. All in all I couldn't be happier, and once I've had time to practise and get myself up to scratch I'll definitely be back to do some one on one classes.
