Ivan Lozano is Joint4Nine, a DJ, producer, and sound engineer. He is a co-founder of Nómada Records and Ritmo Terco from Bogotá, Colombia. He is also half of the project Rush City alongside his label mate Jonahlo. In December 2017, he released his first official track “7th Chords, Cigarettes & Rum” on Nómada Records. Since then, he has consistently released music on various labels such as Ondulé Recordings, Broken District, Fate And Fiction Recordings, Sengiley Recordings, GLBDOM, Forbidden Cutz, Sundries, Apparel Music, Apparel Wax, Masterworks Deep Cutz, Mortis Audio, All Being Here, Berlin House Music, Inhale & Exhale, and Back Door Records. He is known for his love of old school and eclectic sounds from the ’70s, ’80s, and ’90s, which influence his DJ sets and productions. His musical style spans House, Deep House,Techno, Tribal, Disco, P-Funk, Jazz, Hip Hop, Acid House, Broken Beats, Dance Punk, Afro, and Highlife. He has toured in Mexico and played in various important venues and clubs, sharing the stage with notable artists.
