I was today years old when I discovered the registered charity, LDNB4Autism, run and founded by Dr. Michael Lafasakis. Michael spends his time as a therapist and autism awareness advocate but he is also a lifelong lover of Drum and Bass.
From building relationships through events, Michael came to combine his two passions with a charity and a record label that donates all proceeds from music sales to support non verbal children trapped in poverty.
And LDNB4Autism is no slouch in the music department with releases from top names like Makoto and Furney who has a new album out right now. The intrinsic link to dance music and ethical causes continues, especially within it’s subcultures where you often find some of the most devoted to their art.
