Over the weekend we were hearing crazy rumours that the new plastic British £5 note could play records simple by placing it into the grooves. Well this was a test too good to miss so out came a crisp £5 note and a slab of vinyl and off we went…
We’re not sure of the effect on the record for putting a £5 note in the grooves but it’s probably not great! If you do want to try it yourself make sure you use a record you don’t care about!
