I have just finished a 3 day advanced scratching course with Jon1st and I'm absolutely buzzing. Jon's way of teaching, taught me more than I ever expected possible in just 3 days. Guys, I wanna thank you personally for taking on board everything I explained in our first phone conversation's and nailing every aspect of what I wanted to achieve. You both knew exactly what I needed to get me over the mental block I had with my scratching style, and having Jon1st as my teacher was a honour and .....well, sick!! His teaching style and ability to simplify and brake down patterns,routines and juggles made it massively simple to understand. Walking away with 3 new scratches and beat juggling under my belt is an unbelievable achievement. Thank you so much.

Just finished the production course at On The Rise and couldn't be happier! I was very nervous before starting, especially as I have no music background but the guys put me at ease straight away and my tutor Alex was fantastic and went through everything slowly and was happy to repeat sections to make sure I had grasped all the tools. I would recommend coming here to anyone looking to make a start in music production. Keep up the great work guys!

My one day DJ course was just such a laugh with Jay. It was just the right mix of technical information, learning and generally having fun and playing some of my favourite party tunes. I chose "On the Rise" DJ course because of the guys that are the tutors, Mr Jay Cunningham and Mr Terry Hooligan Ryan. My 8 week course was great fun very relaxed atmosphere but serious business was taught. I learnt more that I expected and was extremely pleased with all that was on offer. I've come away with a real understanding of what it all means to get it right on various equipment. The 8 week course is perfect and is worth every penny if you listen to the tutors. I didn't know much about my Apple Mac-pro until I took it in to the class, but now I'm able to teach others how to correctly use iTunes music crates and Rekordbox and well as Serato.
