Bandcamp Friday is back, and we’ve been digging so you don’t have to. Here’s what caught our attention this time around.
First up, Pete Parsons aka Voyager – has a vinyl and digital release out on the Deep Jungle imprint featuring two previously unreleased jungle classics. If you’ve been sleeping on this one, now’s the time.
Staying in jungle and drum and bass territory, DJ Trax has a new release landing on the OverShadow imprint. Another one worth your attention if you move in those circles.
Switching things up, Foodman delivers a trio of bouncy ghetto-tek cuts, out on The Unknown to the Unknown label. Currently on pre-order, so get in early.
Trance heads are also catered for – Volume 8 of the Trance Trax compilation drops today on the ever-reliable Hooj Choons. A strong addition to a series that’s earned its reputation.
And rounding things out, there’s a new Cat in the Bag compilation featuring tracks from BojCott and Tommy the Cat, more jungle and drum and bass heat to round out a solid Friday.
