Pieter Grauwels launches a new online shop for strictly 140/Dubstep music

Pieter Grauwels, founder of the DUPLOCC label just launched a digital download store for lovers of 140/Dubstep.

140plates is a brand new site where you can buy carefully curated Dubstep tunes both new and old. The purpose of this site is to shine a light on the Dubstep scene and offer value for artists, labels and music buyers.

I had a browse on the site and found it very intuitive. The pages and audio clips load fast even on a smartphone and the design is nice and minimal.

I have to confess to a degree of ignorance about the 140 scene although I recognised names like Wheel & Deal and Enigma Dubz.

It’s super easy to navigate and find tracks that have been categorised into sub genres like ‘Rollers’ and ‘Dubwise.’

Individual mp3s are priced at a very reasonable 90p which makes buying the tunes accessible and advantageous over simply streaming them.

The fact that the site is run by a dedicated ambassador of 140 means you’re assured of buying the very best tunes the scene has to offer. Take a look for yourself by heading over to 140plates.com
