As the saying goes: New year, new DJ gear. AlphaTheta just released the RMX-IGNITE. This is the newest effector unit from the company, the last one being the RMX-1000 all the way back in 2012.
This new kit has a three band section with two effect modes. For quick and intense transitions, use Lever FX, for more fluid transitions, use isolate FX.
The layout is intuitive and easy-to-use thanks to large knobs and levers, and a multi-coloured large display screen.
With Pro DJ link, the device connects to various compatible controllers including CDJs and comes with a three-month trial subscription of Loopmasters. The device itself has 20 built-in Loopcloud samples to get you started.
