Sample from any source with Serato Studio 1.6

Serato has some good news for beatmaker DJs-Serato Studio 1.6 is the latest version of the software with many improvements including the ability to sample audio!!!

Making beats for your mix just got so much better!!!

With this updated version of Serato Studio, DJs and music producers can sample audio into the software using a variety of external sources. Using a mic, DJs could sample field recordings for example, then turn them into interesting and original beats.

Good News For MAC Users.

Until now, MAC users had to rely on third party software as the audio driver to use Serato Studio. This update introduces Serato’s own audio driver.

Other Features.

Perhaps the most noteworthy feature asides from audio sampling is the additional options to adjust the audio independently of pads. Once an audio clip is created, it can be edited without the need for pads. Registered Serato users with an existing subscription can download the update here
