Pioneer DJ’s Rekordbox version 4.2.5 has been released today (6 Dec 2016) and comes with a few new features, improvements and fixes.

-DDJ-SP1 can be used with another controller supporting rekordbox dj.
-Pitch bend in MIDI learn.
-Keyboard shortcuts and MIDI learn for the video panel.
-9 new TRANSITION FX.
-10 new TOUCH FX.
-Video mute feature when audio is not played.
-Reduced CPU load when playing video files.
-Tempo range will not change automatically when the Master is changed or turning sync off while syncing until when tempo slider is operated.
-Smoother TRANSITION FX
-Windows: Audio driver updated:
-XDJ-RX Audio Driver 1.200 – Fixed an issue where no audio output from the XDJ-RX when playing tracks in iTunes on a connected computer and an issue where ASIO buffer size could not be changed at the Setting Utility on the 64-bit version of Windows.
-DDJ-RB / DDJ-RR Audio Driver 1.200 – Fixed an issue where ASIO buffer size could not be changed at the Setting Utility on the 64-bit version of Windows.
-mac OS Sierra 10.12:
-Specific video/audio files may crash on.
-Some Japanese characters were not displayed in the Preferences.
