Hailing from Kaliningrad in Russia, Alex is a member of two different musical projects: Mars and PLAYMA and during his professional career he has released more than 60 tracks on vinyl and MP3 across a variety of labels. His music can be heard on Pepsi adverts, French television station Canal+, BBC Radio 1, Kiss FM and of course in DJ sets across the globe.
Alex has been teaching students all over the world for the last 7 years with hundreds of success stories. He is founder of the online music school XSSR Academy which provides music production classes and video courses in Russian. Alex is also the author of two books; Music production with Ableton Live: Basics and Advanced music production in Ableton Live in Russian
In 2011, Mars was named 37th for the best Breaks projects in the world.
